    For the record, it is ridiculous that you are refused access to an ARST bus even in remote locations without a ticket and are then obliged to buy a ticket through this app for the lack of obvious ticket shops. What is an elderly person in a village or a tourist supposed to do to be able to ride the bus? That’s not how I would spell customer friendly. Even more so since there is no hint on the relevant websites pointing this out, e.g. for a tourist. Friends from our group were left abandoned in the middle of nowhere by a bus driver. As for the app, while it is nice to have parts of it in English, it would be great if the actual relevant information would come with a translation as well. Information such as the ability to prebuy a bus ticket which may be validated at a later date is solely stated in Italian. Also, at pretty much every step I tried to do it told me that I should try again at a later date since I had no internet (despite a somewhat stable 4G mobile connection).

    L’ho scaricata perché non potevo procurarmi i biglietti per il bus da un edicola perché erano tutte chiuse. Speravo che fosse semplice, pratica e che almeno i prezzi non si discostassero molto da quelli ufficiali. I biglietti bisogna acquistarli singoli, quindi per ogni biglietto del bus una transazione e via dicendo. Per una famiglia che va in ferie è davvero una gran scocciatura. Appena è acquistata parte il tempo di convalida e quindi non puoi comprarne alcune e usarle all’occorrenza. In ultimo il prezzo molto diverso da quello cartaceo. In caso di necessità va bene ma un uso quotidiano non lo consiglio.

    E ho anche rischiato di prendere una multa perché l'ausiliario del traffico mi ha detto che il ticket non risultava, ladri!!!

  • Validated ticket expires too soon

    I bought a ticket from Cagliari to Costa Rei and validated it in Cagliari. I had to take two buses. While I was in San Priamo changing bus, the validated ticket already showed as expired.
