Hello Tango Team, I recently bought 20,000 coins for 114€, but the promotion was only confirmed the second time. I was charged 114€ for both actions (accepted and not accepted). I sent you an email to support with screenshots, but to no avail. I only received the coins once and would like the money back for the transaction that was not accepted.
